Your People Michael Berens and Alan Berner unfortunately are misleading your readers of the Seattle Times, as far as the wondrous Papimi device to the disadvantage of the truth of science and of the health of the public. In medicine and science, we do not come to conclusions from one single case, ignoring thousands of opposing cases. Suppose a sick person about to die drinks a half glass of water and an hour later he dies. Should we come to the conclusion that water kills, ignoring  millions of other healthy or sick people who have drank a similar half glass of water and did  not die? What is the correct conclusion for one single sick and about to die person drinking half a glass of water and then afterwards dies?

The correct conclusion is "pure coincidence". Unless someone has other reasons to twist logic and mislead his readers according to a hidden agenda.

 

Something can be CASUAL,

without being  CAUSAL !

 

The "cases" and their analysis below, were written for Michael Berens and Alan Berner who had exercised "bad journalism" by  "misleading their readers" for reasons better known to them and their hidden agenda, which most likely seems to be certain pharmaceutical industry fear of loses in stock market and sales and other,  due to the papimi apparent enormous success.

For someone else, like Michael Berens , would have to be crazy, to make similar misleading claims, without a hidden (political) agenda, taking into the account the papimi's several approvals world wide as a safe medical device and considering the papimi's present statistics of hundred thousands of supporting safe and effective cases, against a few 2-3 natural occurring coincidences, in  the last 20 years!
He should be more than crazy to have no hidden (political) agenda, and to mislead and damage modern Technology, Science and Medicine with prime criminal effects on the USA people and scientists of his country, who happen to listen to him and to be misled.

The immune system, in the case of implanted organs or in the case of some implanted objects, should be suppressed to avoid initiating the natural process of rejection. In general and in the case of implanted foreign bodies' PAPIMI enhancing natural functions should be avoided.  In case of implanted metallic objects and exposures right over these objects, no special effects have been observed or reported, however such direct exposures particular of substantial size metallic objects should be theorized that they may cause unpredictable minor effects. Autoimmune conditions, the immune system should be suppressed or corrected, consult a PAPIMI expert medical Doctor.
In case of bleeding, blood flow or blood circulation should be suppressed. In this case PAPIMI enhancing blood circulation should be avoided, compared to a normal dose of aspirin. Women avoiding aspirin while menstruating should also avoid PAPIMI exposing their belly.
In case, for example, of hyper-thyroidism, thyroid function should be suppressed, as in some other other similar cases. In  case of hyperthyroidism, PAPIMI compares for example to "brushing teeth with iodine containing tooth paste"

Special case of injured nerve, direct exposures right over an injured nerve may irritate the nerve and may cause some pain. Pain lasts whilst treatment lasts.
 

PAPIMI is a very moderate heater, maximum increase of 0.5 of a Celsius degree has been observed in organic masses compared to the size of the probe, with no cooling  blood circulation at all, or other temperature regulation. If such minor and minimum heating of 0.5 C degree is counter indicated by Medical Experts for some special cases, then PAPIMI is counter indicated, too, though PAPIMI is found to reduce fever in general. This compares to a normally hot shower or normally hot bath effect.

PAPIMI is found to temporarily reduce blood pressure by some 10%, due to tension reduction and hyper-tone relaxation. Persons with low blood  pressure may feel some temporary weakness. Naturally, their heart beat may increase until their pressures restores. Symptoms may immediately be recovered or prevented by a soda drink such as an orange juice, a normal coca-cola, etc. However, Papimi is found to potentially restart a stopped heart, and restore blood pressure from zero, within 3 minutes of a clinically dead person. This compares to a fast and safe "Defibrillator effect" with no contact pads, over the clothes, and free of electrocution risk..
 

Old traumas which have vanished or disorders, direct exposures on some "many years ago trauma" areas, may indicate themselves by a special phantom sensation, diagnosing or reminding the exposé of his old trauma/disorder. This sensation lasts while exposure lasts.

THE CASE OF TACHYCARDIA, THE FUNNIEST STORY IN THE LAST 20 YEARS

TACHYCARDIA IS A GREEK WORD LITERARILY MEANING IN GREEK "FAST HEART BEATING" (PULSE RATE).

AS A GREEK NATIVE, I ONCE INTERPRETED THE WORD "TACHYCARDIA" WITH ITS GREEK MEANING: "FAST HEART BEATING". HOWEVER, FDA UNDERSTOOD MY EXPLANATION WITH THE ANGLO-SAXON INTERPRETATION OF THE WORD. APPARENTLY, FDA CONSIDERED AS PROVEN, THAT PAPIMI CAUSES THE SIDE EFFECT OF TACHYCARDIA. IS THIS  HOW SCIENTIFIC JUDGMENTS ARE MADE BY FDA ?

PAPIMI DOES NOT CAUSE TACHYCARDIA. IT MAY CAUSE A PSYCHOLOGICAL SENSATION SIMILAR TO   "THE BOYFRIEND MEETING HIS GIRLFRIEND FOR THE FIRST TIME" HEART BEATING EFFECT.

Mr and Mrs Samaras.  About one and half years ago, their Doctor sent them to the PAPIMI factory to be self treated  for free, with one of the spare PAPIMIs devices located there. They were using the device almost every other day, except on the weekends, when the factory was closed. SOME 10 YEARS AGO, AN OLDER PERSON SUFFERING FROM A SERIOUS HEART PROBLEM, UNABLE TO WALK, WAS  BROUGHT  BY DESPERATE RELATIVES TO THE BIOENERGY CLINIC, IN L.A., USA, TO BE TREATED WITH PAPIMI.  DURING  THE TREATMENT, HE HAD A CARDIAC INFARCTION, OR THIS MAY HAVE OCCURRED SHORTLY PRIOR (A MECHANICAL BLOCKAGE OF BLOOD SUPPLY TO THE HEART), A CONDITION KNOWN AS ONE OF THE MOST COMMON CAUSES OF NATURAL DEATH IN THE MODERN WORLD. THIS INCIDENT HAS NEVER BEFORE OR AFTER REPEATED ITSELF IN ANY INDIVIDUAL. ACTUALLY, ONE SHOULD HAVE EXPECTED ACCIDENTALLY MORE THAN ONE COINCIDENCE TO HAVE  OCCURRED IN THE LAST 10 YEARS, THAN THE INCIDENT ABOVE.

IN CONCLUSION, WE MAY CONCLUDE THAT THESE STATISTICS SHOW THAT THE PAPIMI  IS PROVEN AGAIN SAFER FOR SUCH CASES.  PAPIMI IS FOUND TO RESTART A STOPPED HEARTS (PAPIMI'S DEFIBRILLATOR'S EFFECT) AND TO INCREASE BLOOD CIRCULATION AND BLOOD SUPPLY IN AN AREA, BUT, OBVIOUSLY AND NATURALLY TO EXPECT THAT:

PAPIMI IS UNABLE TO UNBLOCK A SERIOUS MECHANICAL BLOOD BLOCKAGE OF THE HEART - A SERIOUS  HEART INFARCTION.

Actually, as it may naturally be expected for PAPIMI enhancing blood supply and blood circulation in an area - in some other cases, PAIMI is found spectacularly to have helped with treatments right over the heart, to have overcome much much easier, and much much faster a medically diagnosed and proven heart infarction that occurred independently and previously.

Any counter interpretation now and after the 10 prior years  should be considered as a POLITICAL strategy against the safe, effective and efficacious PAPIMI, as opposing any benefit to the public.

This effect does not support that Papimi may cause an infarction at all. It is compatible with what we have found that Papimi increases blood flow - what we have called the "aspirin effect". Aspirin is known to work against an infarction.

"THE ANTI-INFARCTION EFFECT" OF PAPIMI DEVICE

On the contrary of the arbitrary assumption that PAPIMI causes infarction, the above beneficial effect (the aspirin effect), apparently, should have helped to avoid accidental infarctions to have occurred in patients. who without PAPIMI treatments, would have had an infarction. This explains the non existing statistics which could correlate PAPIMI and infarction by pure coincidence.

 

 

THE RUMOR OF ONE CASE OF A BURST CYST, AMONG HUNDRED THOUSANDS OF OTHER OPPOSING CASES IN THE LAST 20 YEARS

A RUMOR, NOT RELATED TO "PAPIMI EXPPOSURES", BUT TO PAPIMI POLITICS

In the 20 years of the PAPIMI operation, there is one case of a tumor as follows: " A woman said that she was treating her cyst with a PAPIMI and her cyst burst" , no more information was available to us. No similar incident has ever happened among thousands of other women treated successfully and safely. Cysts are found to gradually diminish and gradually vanish in many cases with PAPIMI.
Theoretically, a bursting cyst is a mechanical phenomenon, therefore, for a cyst to burst, a mechanical action should take place, like an eruption due to excessive pressure internally. For PAPIMI to have caused excessive internal pressure, this can only have happened, if, PAPIMI had caused excessive heat to the cyst to near boiling temperature. However, PAPIMI is known to not cause excess heat more than half Celsius degree, under the most favorable conditions and particular for objects like a cyst of any size  On the other hand, accidentally radiated over doses are excluded by the physical content of PAPIMI's capacitors banks, which tends to decrease with time and never to increase, like the physical content of a glass of water, may hold up to a limit a volume of water, which will never tend to increase with time.

The other cause that may burst a cyst, is the action of a pinch of a needle. Magnetic field are not known to have pinching effects like those of a mechanical needle. Taking into account, the total absence of relevant or similar statistics, we readily conclude that the tumor is totally imaginary in its origin and should no be taken into any account at all. 

 

THE  FAKE CLAIM OF A SINGLE CASE OF SMOKE COMING OUT OF THE EAR OF ONE WOMAN WITH ONE SINGLE PAPIMI PULSE ON HER BABY! AMONG HUNDRED THOUSANDS OF OTHER OPPOSING CASES IN THE LAST 20 YEARS.

OBVIOUSLY, A NOT RELATED TO "PAPIMI EXPOSURES" LIE FOR POLITICS AND MAKING MONEY

A woman asked a medical Doctor to give her baby a PAPIMI session. After one PAPIMI pulse on the Baby, the woman left immediately with the baby. Then the woman claimed money for her ear, not for the baby's ear which had one pulse, (not some thousand pulses as is typically the case), because, she claimed her ear was disturbed and smoke emanated presumably from her ear !
This may have happened only after a serious burn inside the woman's ear, which may not be caused after one PAPIMI pulse on her baby!. Medically, nothing could be found and confirmed for her and for her non talking baby.

This case was obviously a comical and fake set up of an ignorant woman, and a woman who had no understanding of the function and the reality of PAPIMI. There was no confirmation and no continuation of this comical (yet sadly ignorant) incident.
There is a much higher chance of her having smoke emanating from her ear after talking for some hours on her telephone.

 

   I, Panos Pappas, hereby responsibly certify that the above are all the known proported adverse effects of PAPIMI, either real or imaginary, pure coincidences or attempted criminal fakes, today, Jan. 23, 2008, and after  20 years of successful and safe operation of PAPIMI world wide.

ADDITIONS 18/2/2008:

THE  SINGLE FALSE CASE OF A TERMINAL BABY BEFORE 1993,  WITH AN INOPERABLE BRAIN TUMOR,  DYING 5 MONTHS AFTER BEING TREATED WITH PAPIMI, AS THE BABY WAS EXPECTED TO DIE BEFORE THE PAPIMI TREATNENT- OBVIOUSLY, NOT RELATED TO PAPIMI.
 ONE INCIDENT AMONG HUNDRED THOUSANDS OF OTHER OPPOSING CASES IN THE LAST 20 YEARS

This case is totally a lie for a baby some ten years ago in LA.  I heard this false story only recently (with the occasion of CBS relevant News of 11pm of 16/2/2008) and only afterwards I wrote all the cases I knew above.
Nobody died while treated, other than the apparent irrelevant to papimi single case referred above.
Perhaps, the distorted case refers to a terminal baby who was treated only few times with papimi and died some time much later, as predicted and expected without any relationship to papimi.

If, I was in position, I would have treated the baby, far more aggressively, intensively, persistently and systematically, with no reservation and the baby could have been saved, as it has happened many times with terminals.
This rumor is totally a lie for a single false case.

 

RUMOR OF THE PAPIMI CAUSING BURNS. NOT A SINGLE SPECIFIC CASE IS REFERRED OR KNOWN,  JUST A RUMOR IS HEARD IN THE LAST 20 YEARS.

Papimi does not cause any burns either by direct exposures or by the demo sparks on a chain, see the sparking chain, clicking for details in the front page of my webpage www.papimi.gr.

Actually, one of the first applications to FDA was a 510K for a moderate diathermy. FDA asked us to submit a table of space measurements of temperature inside a two kilogram piece of meat, exposed to papimi. The result was MAXIMUM HALF CELSIUS DEGREE RISE in the meat without cooling blood circulation, under all circumstances. This temperature rise is unable to cause  a burn.
 
FDA, then, rejected our application on the basis that papimi was not providing enough heat. As they explained, they wanted at least 1 degree rise within half  an hour.  We never tried to make papimi to achieve FDA's required goal to provide this heat, because, we realized that the FDA wanted really us to make papimi more or less dangerous like this.

Then, we moved and organized to  have some 200 hundred clinical studies running  in USA to approve papimi, under several IRB's based clinical studies. Director of all IRBS studies was Dr Nelson Maquina.
FDA, just before the completion of these studies. ignored all the previous IRB legal approvals, and took the initiative to stop all the studies in the last and third phase on the basis that papimi was providing some 100 joules of heat per pulse (taken from our specifications), (ridiculous amount, taking into account, the radiation is all around the probe in electromagnetic form, and not directly  in heat), thus according to FDA giving dangerous heat out, an excuse to stop all the IRB studies, without a single report of any burn, and having forgotten their previous opposite rejection, based on the fact that papimi was not giving enough heat out.

A USA citizen, for these FDA contradictions and gaffs, should laugh or should cry and come in tears?

Obviously by the third phase, FDA had collected enough information that the papimi was going to be the miracle of all miracles for medicine, which will damage the pharmaceuticals as never before.

Remark: the probe exposing the same spot for long enough time, may cause a red mark, due to the increased blood circulation, also giving a pink color, obvious in the face of a treated person, due to the enhanced blood circulation, as explained elsewhere, clearly, this is not confused with a burn.

IN THE DESPERATE HUNTING FOR BAD DATA AGAINST PAPIMI, THE FOLLOW TWO CASES WERE COLLECTED ABOUT TWO TEST ANIMALS FROM THE VERY EARLY TIMES, WHEN PAPIMI WAS RUNNING CANCER TESTS ON ANIMALS.

At the very early times of papimi, a papimi device was taken to the Anticancer Institute "Geoerge Papanikolaou" (recall, G.P. is the inventor of the PAP test for women's cancer, today) to run cancer test.

Various animal groups were used after their immune system was suppressed to accept implants without rejecting afterwards these implant. Each immune suppressed animal was operated and a piece of cancer tumor, which was cut from a previous animal with cancer and also having similarly an immune suppressed system was implanted to it.

It was a group of 604 Wistar rats with immune suppressed system and implanted cancer that was treated with the papimi device in groups of about 4 to 10 rats each time for a period of six months (one group succeeded the next group, without having two groups at the same time) at certain time intervals the animals were sacrificed and submitted to thorough analysis. One of the main conclusions, at that time, was that no animal exhibited toxic effects due to papimi. However, among the 604 animals one such immune suppressed animal became sick and died during the period was treated. However, for an immune suppressed animal with cancer without defense, it was not unusual to die by all sorts of possible infections, living in a basement with thousands of other animals healthy or sick and without possible perfect hygienic conditions. Due to a usual death for such reasons and particularly because, this was a unique case, the reason of this animal death was not investigated and not determined, as non statistically significant.
Similarly, one of the rest rats got a tremor. As again this was one single case and therefore non statistically significant case, the animal was ignored as a coincidence and not related to papimi treatments as the previous one.

However, in the complete absence of other papimi adverse effects, these two different cases of rats with the suppressed immune system and cancer, became valuable and impossible to find more and they are used now as ridiculous unacceptable arguments against papimi.

The scientific conclusion of these events could was: The papimi device enhances the immune system and via the action of the enhancement of the immune system, beneficial results occur. For an organism with a destroyed immune system, with no possibility of recovering, no such beneficial results were seen. - A fact which has been found in other occasions.

PERSONAL USE, EXPERIENCE AND CASES

Personally, I regularly treat my eyes and my heart the last 20 years few times every month, knowing PAPIMI enhances muscle growth and function, increases athletes performance (see the Herman Mayer Miracle) and makes racing horses winners.

1. to reduce the naturally coming up presbyopia  (long sighted - natural degeneracy of the eyes with the age)) and to avoid wearing presbyopia glasses.

2. for my long ago diagnosed condition for heart insufficiency and 30% damaged heart muscle.

Today, I have no need wearing presbyopia glasses, unless I neglect treating my eyes. The eye lens muscle is reinforced. 
The today's heart tests and diagnosis come up with nothing pathological. The heart muscle was reinforced and restored.

Notice : Obviously and Naturally, for the case of myopia (short sighted) with the eye lens relatively too strong, the PAPIMI is counter indicated.

The above applies only for non copy PAPIMI devices and non intentionally and mechanically modified PAPIMIs.
