PAP-IMI THE WONDER ELECTRO-MAGNETIC DEVICE

Professor Shri Kant Mishra, ABMS, MD, MS

The PAP-IMI device is based on the principle of the Short Wave Pulsed ”Diathermy” device that has been in use for much of the last century. However, with modern technology the PAP-IMI achieves much deeper penetration than the standard (Spark) Diathermy device and far greater effectiveness because of the unique characteristics of its electro magnetic pulse.

The PAP-IMI was found to surpass all modern pain relief devices by the Health Restoration Center, the National Pain Institute, the International Pain Research Center, and many other Research Centers at the area of Los Angeles, San Diego, North Mexico, Canada and Europe.

The superiority of the PAP-IMI is due to the energy delivery from its unique pulses that are faster and higher (10,000 to 100,000 faster and higher) than other devices. However, the supplied thermal energy of the pulses is small compared to the thermal energy supplied by corresponding devices. The PAP-IMI pulses are intense but have a low duty cycle, a short on time followed by a long quite time. This results in negligible heating, thus avoiding thermoplexy and thermal damages, while the transmitted energy is used to promote biological synthesis to bio-energize the internal degrees of freedom of molecules.

The difference of the parameters of the PAP-IMI, as well as the superiority of its results from the corresponding devices theoretically is due to the superiority of the characteristics of the pulses, which are state of the art and of far-advanced technology.

HOW THE PAP-IMI DEVICE WORKS

The magnetic field, contrary to the electric or electromagnetic one, penetrates freely almost everywhere. When the probe of the device, exposes a tissue, its magnetic field spreads and penetrates into this tissue, like the natural magnetic field of the earth that does not receive any resistance. The penetrating magnetic field changes rapidly. It develops and disappears shortly. From Faraday’s law of induction, we know that a disappearing magnetic field leaves in its place a cyclic electric field. In this way, deeply in the tissue, electric fields are developing from the penetration and extinction of the magnetic field. With any other conventional way, those inductive electric fields would have been impossible to penetrate a tissue from outside, because the conductive surface of a tissue (according to Gauss’s Law) constitutes a shield, known as ”Faraday’s Cage”. Besides, an electromagnetic field does not penetrate deeply into a tissue, because of the known phenomenon of ”Skin Effect”. Therefore, the only possible way for the penetration of the electromagnetic bio-energy into a tissue seems to be the use and the patented principle o f the PAP-IMI device.

What is the difference between the pulses of the PAP-IMI devices, compared to the pulses of a common diathermy?

The specific pulses have an active part, specifically shorter and a resting period significantly far longer. In this way the supplied energy is negligibly low, therefore the rising heat of the exposed tissues is negligibly low (contrary to a common diathermy). At the same time, the power and the intensity of each pulse can be increased significantly, as the active time of each pulse is reduced.

The PAP-IMI pulses, with high instant intensity, activate the internal degrees of freedom of molecules, and even may cause a Nuclear Bio-Resonance and Bio-Excitation. Since the pulses are of short duration and limited energy per unit time, they do not contribute to an increase of the motional energy (heat energy), which could have led to molecular decomposition.

In what conditions has PAP-IMI been found to be effective?

Chronic and sub acute pain syndromes

Vascular (Migraine and Tension muscle contraction type headache) Chronic tension pain

Musculo-skeletal disorders

Chronic neck and back pain

Fibro-myalgia

Joint disorders

Various types of Rheumatological disorders

Rheumatoid arthritis, Osteal arthritis

PAP-IMI would be great help as an adjuvant in chronic/acute cancer related pain.

Immunonological disorders

Systemic Lupus

Rheumatoid Arthritis

Aging related disorders

Wound healing

Non-human biological organic living beings like animals, plants, etc.

SCIENTIFIC BASIS OF MODE OF ACTION OF PAP-IMI

Although the mode of action of PAP-IMI on various biological systems is not clearly known, there are many plausible explanations for its mode of action. The most widely used and important clinical application for the PAP-IMI is pain reduction.

How does PAP-IMI alleviate pain? This most likely reason for pain reduction is due to Gate Control Theory (proposed by Melazak and Wall) The large A fibers are stimulated by PAP-IMI and travel proximally to the spinal cord and control the gate where the pain carrying Small C fibers are modulated, thus decreasing the pain. Another possible explanation is modulation of a bio-chemical substrate like, encephalin, endorphin, substance P, NMDA receptor etc. An additional mode of action of PAP-IMI could be shock wave stimulation leading to modulation of a gate at the spinal cord similar to that described above. The other effects of PAP-IMI can be due to activation of bio-energy and its affect on central and peripheral nervous systems and other tissues in the body like muscle, immune system, interstitial space and skin. The PAP-IMI working on somatic, autononomic nervous system modulates the sympathetic system, thus, enhancing the parasympathetic system leading to relaxation of mind body and other associated tissues like muscle. This may cause a decrease in extra cellular and intracellular fluid, leading to a decrease in skin wrinkles. This positive energy stimulates chemicals and leads to wound healing and regeneration. Many of these effects are being explored in control scientific studies.
